Made from the bright green castelvetrano olive, this cultivar grows in “Valle del Belice” area. The oil produced from Nocellara cultivar, shows a very low acidity, under 0.50%, and has a mild consistency. It is one of the richest oil in terms of polyphenols (about 340mg/Kg).
Color: green with golden glares. Aroma: strong aroma of grass.
Tasting Notes: fruity, slightly bitter, grasses, and peppery almond, artichoke.
